Get Support

You Don't Have to Face This Alone.

No matter what life has put in your path, we're here to help you find your way forward.

Whether you're experiencing homelessness, working through addiction recovery, facing long-term unemployment, or just trying to get by day by day - we believe that every person deserves the chance to feel safe, to fulfil their potential, and to have hope for the future.

You don't need to have everything figured out.  You just need to be willing to take the first step of reaching out. We'll walk alongside you from there.

How We Support You

Step 1: Stabilise

We help you feel safe and secure first. We'll connect you with trusted local organisations across Hertfordshire for housing, addiction recovery, mental health support, and other essential services you need.

Step 2: Build

Once things feel more stable, we help you build the skills that open doors - financial literacy, digital skills, communication, interview preparation, and confidence building. You already have strengths - we'll help you find them again.

Step 3: Connect

When you're ready, we support you into work through CV writing, interview practice, workplace visits, supported placements, and connections with employers who believe in giving fair chances.

Step 4: Stay With You

Getting a job isn't the end - it's the start. We provide ongoing support through your first months at work and help you connect with others who've walked similar paths.
